Located on the "Circuit de Souvenir" route of the Great War Somme
battlefields, our quiet secluded farmhouse set in a large garden and
courtyard with an orchard offers three bedrooms and accommodates a
total of 8 people.
We have a double ensuite room, a twin bedded room
and a further twin bedded room with additional bunk beds, sleeping
4. We supply toiletries plus hairdryers.
We are open all year round
apart from Christmas and New Year and have a wood burner in the
lounge for those cooler nights and a patio for the warmer ones!
We
currently have a BMW1150GS and are lifelong bikers, so understand
the needs of bikers for secure parking, a workshop for emergency
repairs and a bike trailer in case of a local breakdown.
We
specialise in offering personalised battlefield tours by motorcycle
of the Somme and Ypres (Belgium) plus walking or car tours are
available.
Despite the visible scars of the war, this is a wonderful
region to explore during a restful break, with unspoilt country and
twisty biker roads with hardly any traffic. We are also in an
excellent location for a break in a long journey, being just 95
miles from Calais and close to the A1 autoroute to Paris. Our
