We have two mini suites each comprising bedroom, small dressing room and large en suite modern shower room plus one single room not en suite but with dedicated private bath/shower room and separate WC immediately adjacent.

All rooms equipped with TV, radio, hairdryer, tea/coffee-making facilities and free WiFi.

All accommodation is £30 per person per night to include full breakfast, off-road parking (garaging for bikes) and the use of a well-equipped guest lounge with a selection of DVDs.
There is a small supplement for stays during TT and Grand Prix.

We are two minutes' walk from the Isle of Man Steam Railway, four minutes from at least four decent places to eat, five minutes from the beach and local real ale pub.
