Enjoy the New Forest - and stay in our
beautiful 18th Century farmhouse at Dibden is a
small hamlet on the outskirts of Marchwood Enclosure with
direct forest access into the enclosure and down towards the
Ipley River.
Walks are plentiful to enjoy the Forest –
yet we are only a 5 minute drive to the nearest pubs and
restaurants on the Waterside with Beaulieu 10 minutes away
Start the day with an excellent breakfast
- full farmhouse style, kedgeree or healthy low fat fayre -
there are a wide range of options to choose from to get you
off to a great start.
All our rooms meet the 4 star ETB quality
award with great beds, ensuites, refreshments, digital TVs
and fluffy towels. We have a family suite of 2
interconnecting rooms, double rooms some with king size
beds, singles or twin rooms. Bathroom facilities are either
ensuite or for the private use of guests.
Parking is plentiful, off road and secure
for bike storage. There is also an outside water supply,
laundry facilities, and taxis are plentiful and reasonably
priced if you want to leave the bike for an evening out.
Other facilities include free Wi Fi
access, cycle storage, transfers from local stations and a
riding stables next door.

- the peaceful garden is a wonderful place to sit, unwind
and watch the wildlife
- garden birds on the feeders, moorhens, pheasants,
peregrine falcon and deer are common sights.
Even try your hand at a BBQ – we provide what you need – you
provide the food you like !
Log garden fire to take off the chill for those social
relaxing evenings outside.
Want to get out and about?
– there is plenty to see and do in the area – golf, sailing,
walking, cycling, horse riding into the New Forest, Beaulieu
Motor Museum, Paultons Park , Calshot, Lymington Market,
Exbury Gardens, Hythe with its oldest passenger electric
train or cruises round the Docks on Southampton Water to
name but a few. Visiting the local villages of Beaulieu,
Brockenhurst, Burley or beaches at Lepe and Calshot or City
attractions in Southampton (go by ferry link !) are a lovely
way to explore the area.
