Wren Cottage is a two bed 16th century thatched cottage in a
peaceful rural hamlet 10 minutes from the A12. Very close to
Dunwich, Southwold, Minsmere and the Heritage Coast all of
which offer loads to see and do. Nearest town is Halesworth
with various restaurants and pubs. Country walks on the
doorstep along with fishing and golf. Castles and open
houses also very close by.
The cottage suits couples and individuals
alike, with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, all beds made up
with fresh clean linen. Fully equipped kitchen, inc washing
machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher
and all pots, pans and cutlery. A family size bathroom with
clean towels and shower, along with the daily essentials.
The living room has an open fire, beams, two cosy sofas,
TV/DVD, radio/cd player.
The cottage has both front and rear
private gardens and a private garage for guests to use
either for storage or parking, bikes can also be parked in
the rear garden. Garden furniture in both gardens and a hose
in the rear garden.
