Border House is a small, well established, family run bed and breakfast in the heart of historic Langholm.

Our house as three letting rooms, All are equipped to a high standard, with en-suite shower room facilities. Tea and coffee making trays, tv/video set, hair dryers and toiletries. Laundry facilities and Bike washing facilities available.

We have one room on the ground floor, which is eminently suitable for wheel chair access from the front door. Children are welcome.

There is a small lending library of books and video tapes for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

Breakfast is taken in our large conservatory, which leads on to the garden where you can relax after a day exploring the natural beautiful countryside.

Beyond the garden there are two large garages and a private car park for several vehicles. The garages can be used for undercover parking especially for motorbikes and there is drying facilities in the garage.

Border House is an ideal base to tour the may attractions that South Scotland and the Borders have to offer.
