We are a family owned and run Grade II*
listed, 3* Hotel, with a warm welcome offering 18 rooms, all
fully equipped to the highest standards, oak panelled bar
and dining areas, a residents' lounge, children's’ play area
and large enclosed landscaped gardens with covered patio
area.
The Radnorshire Arms can accommodate
individuals, couples, families and larger groups in relaxed
and spacious surroundings whether it be for a very special
occasion or for a quiet evening out. We are wheelchair
accessible and have baby changing and feeding areas. We are
open all day every day and offer food 12-3pm, 6-9pm.
Local tourist attractions include The
judge's lodging. The 'Tour de Presteigne' in May. The
classical music festival in August, The Vintage car rally in
October.
The surrounding area boasts, Offa's Dyke, The Black
Mountains and Malvern Hills. Elan Valley & the Brecon
National Park. There is the wonderful drive from Rhayader to
Aberystwyth over the mountain road quoted as the most scenic
route in Wales, going trough Cwmystwyth valley, Devils
Bridge & why not take the Vale of Rheidol valley railway.
Motorcycles are
garaged by appointment only.
