Caxton Studio is
situated in a quiet close just off the A12 on the outskirts of
the small market town of Saxmundham on Suffolk's Heritage
Coast. Near to historic parkland where in both winter and
summer months, long walks can be enjoyed. Within easy walking
distance of the shops, pubs and restaurants.
The Studio
apartment is over a large detached garage and has its own
private entrance: sleeps 2 Full shower room, twin beds, open
plan kitchenette equipped with combi-microwave, twin electric
hob, fridge, colour TV/DVD, radio/CD player.
There is lots to
do in the area and Caxton Studio is near to Minsmere Nature
Reserve, Snape Maltings, home to Aldeburgh Music Festival, and
popular seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh which both
have retained much of old world charm.
There are 4 golf
courses within 5-10 miles distance. Indoor swimming pools at Leiston and Woodbridge and a boating lake at Thorpeness. Old
Castles at Framlingham and Orford.
