The Dry is situated down a quite country lane 3
miles from St. Ives, 5 miles from Penzance and 4
miles from Hayle, which is well known for its
beautiful 3 miles of golden sandy beaches.
Down this
end of the Southwest there is sea and fresh water
fishing, golfing, horse riding, kite surfing,
surfing, windsurfing, beautiful walks in the
immediate surrounding area, children's play zones,
theme parks and if you are up to it plenty of night
life in the local towns and lots of good places to
eat... The list is endless.
We have two rooms
available for B&B. We have one Double Room which has
a comfortable king-size bed, this room also comes
with it's own separate private sitting area and
bathroom. We also have one Twin Room; single beds
can be made into a super king-size bed, this Twin
Room also has it's own separate private sitting area
and shower room. in our conservatory we have a Hot
Tub this space is also good for hanging up wet gear,
there is access to a laundry room with washing
machine, ironing board and dryer. we also provided
hairdryer, toiletries, towels, linen, off road
private parking and an area to wash down motorbikes.
Booking is over the phone or by email, £80 per room
for one night (with two people) £75 for more than
one night, £50 per room per night for single
occupancy. These prices include a full English
breakfast and all the other facilities. Deposit will
be the first nights payment and then the balance is
cash on arrival, the deposit is non-refundable if
booking is cancelled within two weeks of arrival. So
